APPOINTMENT ONLY
We operate a strict appointment only policy to ensure adequate time can be given to customers and their jobs. Any people who turn up without an appointment will lead to you being asked to make an appointment. To avoid disappointment please contact us to book a time that suits you.
PHONE
We will call you when we have updates and questions. Please support us in waiting for us to contact you unless it is an urgent issue as this allows us to spend more time on your engines and less time on phone calls.
COLLECTION
When engines are completed we will contact you to arrange collection. If engines are left uncollected then a storage charge will be added to the final bill to account for space being taken for other jobs. If you are unable to collect for any reason then please contact us to rearrange collection to avoid unwanted storage charges.
VEHICLES
We do not have space to accommodate vehicle storage unless previously agreed. Any vehicles left at the workshop are left at the owners risk. We are first and foremost an engine workshop.
PAYMENT
All engine work will require a deposit payment of 50% once it has been stripped and assessed. Upon receiving your final bill please ensure prompt payment. As a small business late payments can cause significant problems. Completed work will be held until payment has been received.
